The story
PC Tech Guru has changed over the years, but the basic idea has stayed the same: understand what the customer needs and give them a sensible way forward.
PC Tech Guru started in 2016, helping local customers with computer repairs, upgrades, setup and everyday technology problems.
The way services operated changed around Covid, but the business later returned to regular local support and has continued to develop from there.
Today the work goes beyond fixing faulty computers. PC Tech Guru also builds complete PCs, helps improve home and small-business technology setups, and creates websites for businesses that need a stronger online presence.
The business remains owner-led. Nathan carries out the technical work and visits, while the AI receptionist and online tools help with calls, enquiries and bookings.
