Add Device Care

Your GURU+ dashboard stays free. Device Care is optional ongoing support for your household PCs and laptops.

  • Priority appointment access to reserved priority times shown in GURU+, subject to availability.
  • One complimentary Device Care appointment for a device-related issue each membership year. Worth £70.
  • One annual service and clean, separate from that appointment. Worth £70.
  • Optional PC Tech Guru Remote: installation on an eligible Windows PC, with some issues resolved automatically and remote help available for others.
  • Cover for up to two household PCs or laptops.

Device Care is the paid membership that provides reserved priority appointment access. Your complimentary device-issue appointment is available while the membership is active. The annual service becomes bookable after six months of active membership in each membership year. Monthly members also need six successful payments before booking their first service. Replacement parts, paid software, licences and third-party costs are separate.
